Huge red flags. The customer support is bots only, it's impossible to bring any issues to an actual human being. Which is extremely frustrating and makes the whole ordeal just seem fishy. They claim to send out reminders before they charge you for a FULL YEAR but they don't actually give any reminder at all. Plus they charged BEFORE the 7 day trials had ended, a full day early, so this battle with them now to cancel my subscription is getting ridiculous. To say I'm unhappy is an understatement!

You can view your trial start date and end date under "Manage Subscription." We also sent you an email with the upcoming charge date.

Just like the other reviews, I had a very disappointing experience with this app. The videos don’t work at all, making it completely unusable. I was still charged despite not being able to use the service, and they refused to issue a refund. I even emailed their support, but received no response. This feels like a scam — poor service, no support, and no accountability. Do not use this app.

I haven't been able to sign up since downloading the app. It keeps popping up that there is an error no matter what email and password combination I use to try and sign up. Beyond frustrating.
