If I was to give this review a title it would be "It works." The Acuity service itself is fine. It has a few glitches & things are often harder to find or harder to do than they need to be (or impossible such as setting a default tip %) but it works. It can be set up to cater for a wide range of industries and so for the price, it works ok for a Pilates business but it's very slow, and not that intuitive. Recently, it logs me out every time I leave the app which is extremely frustrating.

Unstable. occasionally I need to restart my phone or the app won't open. Annoying. The app also lagged now and again. Update: It's absolutely unbelievable how often this app freezes. I'm done restarting my phone twice a week to get this app to work. I'll use it online when I must. It's so frustrating. I should be greeting clients not struggling to check them in.

I can't log in on my phone, S24, everytime it sends me an email code to log in, so I go to email to copy paste but when I come back to acuity screen it starts process again to log in, I've tried deleting app, logging in through google, fb all of it and it doesn't work, has me in a loop. The only way I can log in is to get the code from my laptop email which defeats the purpose.
