The fees have gone up significantly since I first started using stripe. When you're trying to change bank accounts or anything that needs you to verify yourself, they make it impossible to switch on your phone, using the desktop web browser. It's frustrating. I followed the exact instructions and still no use.

The process to set up my account was pretty easy and connecting my bank. I love receiving the notifications so I can track payments received and the low processing fee. However, I would like for them to allow more fields to obtain additional information from customers like a note section, phone number, and a field for additional information. I had a couple of tickets purchased on behalf of others but nowhere to put their name.

The app is fine, the ux is fine, but the customer service is laughably horrible. You will literally get a form letter response that has nothing to do with any issue you brought up, and when you ask them to follow up on your actual issue you just get more of the same, but with increasingly more tender language, that while flowery, is still absolutely unrelated to the issue that you brought up. No one in this company has any reading comprehension skills, or cares enough to actually read emails.
