MTN MoMo

The MTN Ghana app is so disappointing. So in trying to find solutions, after reporting several times without solution came across this. I've installed and reinstalled few times when it wouldn't work anymore after using it a few times. It's been frustrating and thinking of what best to do coz MTN obviously doesn't seem to care anymore about these reported issues. It's sad that after 25 years of using this network, nothing is done about issues encountered and reported. 😢

The app is easy, I mean easier to use but the only thing I hate is that you only display recent transactions instead of the entire transactions at least for a month, making it very hard to manage your money or or trace if there's any unauthorized charges or transactions you don't know.

This app used to work just fine. But I just don't know why it suddenly stopped. I tried uninstalling and installing, unfortunately it tells me there's an error. I mean...an error for what? It doesn't even start. I don't understand, moreover the myMTN app refers me to this MoMo app whenever I want to transact using Mobile Money. So then what's the point if the Momo app is not even working😔. Please... this problem needs to be solved, we'll appreciate, otherwise it's very frustrating
