Absolutely horrible update. Every time I open the app now it goes to the home screen where I do not want it to go. No way to change it. Always used to open to where I left off on, the scores which is where I want. If it doesn't change back soon I will uninstall and I've used yahoo for decades. Very disappointing 😞 Edit: it still goes to home every time I open the app. It is not fixed like I was told

Hello, recent changes were made so that the app will open to the home screen from a fresh launch of the app. If you return to the app as long as it isn't a fresh launch, you will return to where you last left off.

Nearly 5 years ago, I gave this app a strong 5-star, tire-pumping review. It was great. WAS. Amazing how the recent addition of an ad banner can change everything. This ad banner appears right at the top of my scores page and very often, takes a ridiculous amount of time to load, which causes the scores to load slowly. Take your slow-loading ads and stuff 'em, Yahoo. Uninstalled.

Much like a lot of the recent reviews this app barely works after their mega ad push. I have a DNS ad blocker on my router and I can't get any data to load on this app anymore. It seems backwards that they prioritize loading ads over game data to where if you have an ad blocker in place nothing will load. My ad blocker doesn't allow me to filter where ads should show, it's an all or nothing deal and I'm not going to turn it off just to use this app.
